| A Universiti Malaya graduate, Mr Yong Soon Chow is the co-founder of Crest Builder Sdn Bhd and is the driving force behind the Group. Mr Yong started his career as an engineer with Jabatan Kerja Raya from 1977 to 1981. In 1983, he formed Crest Builder Sdn Bhd and successfully turned it into a profitable concern. Over the years, he has accumulated invaluable experience and in-depth knowledge of civil engineering and construction industry in general from on the job training. He is responsible for the overall business operations and implementation of policies and strategies of the Group. | |

Lee Sooi Teng [ Executive Director ], 46 |
| Mr Lee Sooi Teng graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman College with a Diploma in Building Technology in 1989. He started his service with Crest Builder in 1989 and left in 1995 to pursue his studies and obtained a Masters Degree in Construction Management from Heriot-Watt University, United Kingdom in 1996. His main responsibility is overseeing all construction projects and activities undertaken by the Group and the liaisons with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities on related matters. | |

Eric Yong Shang Ming [ Executive Director ], 28 |
| Mr Eric Yong was appointed to the Board on 31 January 2008. He graduated from City University, London with an Honours Degree in Civil Engineering. He joined the Group in 2003 as the Special Assistant to the Group Managing Director. He is involved in the project procurement and implementation as well as the business development ventures of the Group. He is also involved in project planning, development and marketing operations of the Group’s property development projects. | |
